Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
To provide much quicker shipping, we have designated Tuesdays and Fridays as the days to deliver orders to the post office.
Any orders placed over the weekend and no later than 8pm on Monday, will be shipped out on Tuesday. Any orders placed Tuesday-Thursday before 8pm EST will ship out on FRIDAY. Orders placed after 8 pm EST on Thursdays will NOT ship out until Tuesday the following week.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with tracking information. From there, it may take 2-3 business days to receive your order.
If you do not see an update on tracking within 48 hours of receiving the first email, you are entitled to a free custom order equal to the amount of your order. If you have not received an update within 7 days of the first email, you are entitled to a full refund.
All custom orders may take up to 10-14 business days to complete. We will always reach out to update if needed.
What happens if I don’t receive my order once it’s been shipped?
If you do not receive your order, we are happy to contact USPS to locate the package or request a refund. If the package cannot be located, unfortunately we are not responsible, however once we receive a refund from USPS, we are happy to replace the order or provide a refund.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However we do offer store credit depending on the circumstances. We also offer repair services for certain items. Please email adornedbyamburree@icloud.com for further assistance.
