How long does my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.
• Orders placed Friday after 8 PM EST through Monday at 8 PM EST will ship on Tuesday.
• Orders placed Tuesday–Thursday before 8 PM EST will ship on Friday.
• Orders placed after 8 PM EST on Thursdays will ship the following Tuesday.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Please note: Custom orders may take 10–14 business days to complete. We will always reach out with updates if there are any delays.
What if there’s a shipping delay or no tracking update?
If you do not see any tracking movement within 72 hours of receiving your shipping email, please contact us. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.
• If we are unable to confirm shipment or tracking movement within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, you will be offered store credit or a replacement of equal value.
• Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where we cannot fulfill your order or resolve the issue.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. However, we will gladly assist in contacting USPS and filing a claim. If USPS approves the claim or issues reimbursement, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, we do offer store credit or exchanges depending on the circumstances. We also provide repair services for certain items. Please email adornedbyamburree@icloud.com for help.
